What is your return policy for high-heat releases?
All limited edition releases, raffle wins, and collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For general inventory, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Due to our rapid fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address before completing your purchase.
