Union Los Angeles accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-intact merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all high-heat launches, raffle items, and discounted sale products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 business hours; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our La Brea warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
